BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja, who had stepped down from BJP after being denied ticket by the party in Rajasthan, was on Thursday reinstated as BJP's state vice president. 

Rajasthan Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Gyandev Ahuja, who had earlier courted a controversy by describing the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) as a hub of sex and drugs, on Wednesday said that he doesn't regret to what he said. 

Gyandev Ahuja, the BJP legislator from Alwar's Ramgarh, has urged that all statues and monuments named after the Gandhis should be immediately demolished.

 The BJP MLA who stoked controversy alleging that JNU was a hub of sex and drugs where over 3,000 used condoms and 2,000 liquor bottles were found daily, has been pulled up by party chief Amit Shah, as per a media report.

The BJP MLA from Ramgarh in Rajasthan`s Alwar district had claimed that those studying in JNU are involved in activities including "sex and drugs".

 BJP MLA from Ramgarh in Rajasthan’s Alwar district, Gyandev Ahuja courted controversy when he said that daily 3,000 used condoms, 500 used abortion injections, 10,000 cigarette 'pieces' among other things were found at JNU.

BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja also alleged that some “3,000 condoms and anti-pregnancy injections are used daily” in the JNU campus.
