Hindu temple demolition News

A mob of over a hundred people led by local Muslim clerics had destroyed and set on fire a Hindu temple in the Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This act against the Hindu minority community has been widely condemned by human rights activists based in Pakistan and other parts of the world. The Supreme Court directed the relevant authorities to start rebuilding the Hindu shrine in two weeks.

Two Pakistanis have moved the Peshawar High Court against the alleged ongoing demolition of a non-functional Hindu temple in Peshawar.
