HAL and Argentina's Ministry of Defence on Thursday signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) on productive cooperation and acquisition of Light and Medium Utility Helicopters for its armed forces.
The OFS comprises of base issue size of 1.75 per cent or 58.51 lakh shares, with an option to retain over-subscription of an equal quantum.

The LUH is a three-tonne class single-engine light helicopter under development by the HAL, so as to replace the aging Cheetah and Chetak choppers used by the Indian defence forces.
The Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, which was building the Su-30MKI under licence from Russia's Sukhoi, is on the verge of delivering the last of the fighter jets to the IAF.
HAL had revenue of Rs 179.52 billion (USD 2.74 billion) and a net profit of Rs 26.25 billion for the year ended last March, the filing showed.
The India-Russia joint venture got the approval of Russian President Vladimir Putin in April this year.
HAL has set-up a dedicated division in Bengaluru to manufacture a fleet of Tejas for induction in the Indian Air Force (IAF) as frontline fighters.
