Air India pilots have threatened to 'stop work'
They have demanded vaccination of crew on priority amid COVID-19 pandemic
The ICPA said that employees are aware of the fact that the government is soon going to take important decisions regarding Air India.
"We fail to understand as to why the top management has turned a blind eye to this issue which is bleeding national carrier of high-value foreign exchange."
A union of Air India pilots on Wednesday asked the government to clear their salary arrears before the airline is privatised.
The state-run airline's recognised pilots union, the Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA), has sought an independent probe into these allegations and fix the accountability on individuals responsible for this.
