The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'yellow alert' for Delhi, signaling the early arrival of the Southwest monsoon today. Expect light to moderate rain and thunderstorms across Delhi-NCR, bringing much-needed relief and improved air quality.

The IMD has issued a yellow alert for Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad today, forecasting heavy rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds. The southwest monsoon is expected to arrive by June 24, potentially making it Delhi's earliest onset since 2013. Residents are advised to prepare for continuous wet weather over the next few days.
