More than a month after the infamous 'India's Got Latent' show controversy, YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has released a new podcast on his channel TRS.
Assam Police are set to send fresh summons to the YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia.
The Guwahati Crime Branch last week questioned another YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani, who has also been embroiled in the controversy for his comments made during an episode of 'India's Got Latent' show.
The top court clarified that Ranveer Allahbadia’s shows should not comment on the proceedings that are sub judice.
The Maharashtra cyber police have reportedly summoned more than 30 people for questioning after registering an FIR against them.
Maharashtra Cyber is investigating an obscenity case against Allahbadia and others over allegedly obscene remarks made during a YouTube show.
The advisory also comes in the wake of the Supreme Court suggesting regulation on content on social media platforms.
