The Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) has once again failed to arrive at a decision on India's application for its membership due to the continued objection by China on certain technical grounds.
The president said that he wanted to see "an open channel for dialogue to bring India and Pakistan together which can be put into place by the Indian PM and Pak PM to solve the dispute forever".
According to ANI news agency, the membership issue was raised during the plenary session of the NSG held today in the South Korean capital.
