Revenue collection from telecom services in form of license fee and spectrum usage charges may be adversely impacted in the current fiscal if sales revenue of operators continues to decline, Union minister Manoj Sinha said on Wednesday.

There were differences between the two companies on certain points under the Memorandum of Understanding, so it was decided to extend it for another three months from the deadline of May 31, 2017, the official said.
