Stokes set a record for an overseas player in the cash-rich Twenty20 competition when Rising Pune Supergiants shelled out for him at last week`s auction.
Irfan Pathan, who has been in good form lately for his state team, will lead Baroda for the third time running as he led his state side in Ranji Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy as well.
The all-rounder also called Pune – the home ground for Supergiants – as one of his favourite grounds.
Mills, who was bought for 24 times his base price, admitted that the amount of money he went for was life changing.

During the mid-auction break, the KKR captain was seen talking to Gaurav Kapoor on Sony Six when he highlighted the issue of Ishant's base price.

Among the prominent international players, who failed to find takers, was South African spinner Imran Tahir, currently ranked No 1 in the ICC list for ODI and T20 bowlers.
Stokes became the most expensive overseas player ever bought at an IPL auction, going for Rs. 14.5 crore.
The IPL 10 auction starts on February 20 with as many as 352 players available to be picked.
The auction is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru on Monday, February 20.
So far, more than 750 players have registered their names for the auction. The deadline for player registration was February 3.
