Citing the channel, the TOI report further claimed that the captured ISI agents have confessed to receiving money regularly from Pakistan's envoy to India Abdul Basit.

The Uttar Pradesh Police have nabbed three alleged ISI agents who operated six hi-tech illegal telephone exchanges at a 'FIIT JEE' coaching centre here which they used to coordinate with their handlers in Pakistan to plan possible attacks in India. They also made calls to military officials in Jammu and Kashmir posing as their seniors in order to get defence secrets from them.

Besides incriminating documents, fake Indian currency notes of face value Rs.5 lakh were seized from them.
