Amid the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine, the leader of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, held a secret meeting with the top chiefs of Palestinian terrorist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

The strike on Gaza’s Al-Ahli al-Arab Hospital was the deadliest single incident in Gaza since Israel launched a brutal campaign of air raids on the Palestinian territory after a deadly Hamas gun rampage through Israeli communities.

Islamic Jihad said an Egyptian-mediated truce went into effect at 0330 GMT, about 48 hours after Israel triggered the exchange of fire by killing the Iranian-backed faction`s top Gaza commander in an air strike, deeming him an imminent threat.
