The Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, connecting Kashmir Valley to the rest of the country, remained closed for the third consecutive day today due to landslides and shooting stones triggered by rains and snow.
No traffic was allowed on the strategic Jammu-Srinagar highway on Monday for the fourth consecutive day, authorities said.
Heavy snow accumulation in Bannihal and landslides in Panthal forced closure of the highway.
