A special NIA court has convicted Jammu and Kashmir's separatist leader Yasin Malik in the terror funding case. Now, final verdict on Yasin Malik's case will be given on May 25.

In a terror funding case hearing, Yasin Malik pleaded guilty before the NIA court The court had recently ordered the framing of charges against several separatist leaders under the UAPA and IPC

The Court has also ordered framing of charges against Kashmiri politician and former MLA Rashid Engineer. 

The NIA said that the funds were also being routed from the Middle East by family members and supporters of Kashmiri residents in the form of loans.

The claims were made by the investigation agency in a 3000-page supplementary chargesheet filed by it before a Delhi court on Friday. 

Naseem Geelani is the son of Key Hurriyat figure Syed Ali Shah Geelani.

Syed Shahid Yusuf is the son of pro-Pakistan terror outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin.

The NIA today informed Additional Sessions Judge Tarun Sherawat that the final report in the J&K terror funding case will be filed next week.
