A fire broke out in an under-construction building near Kamala Mills compound on Saturday. At least five fire tenders are at the spot to take control of the situation.
The tragic Kamala Mills fire incident took place on the same date last year.
A major fire broke out at a warehouse in here in which at least four godowns were gutted, police said. The incident took place in Bhiwandi's Mankoli. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. More than six fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the blaze.
Around 15 fire tenders have rushed to the spot. No casualties have been reported from the factory, so far.
The bail plea of owners of Mojo Bistro and One Above pub has been rejected in connection with the fire that took place in Kamala Mills compound in Mumbai In December.

The Bhoiwada Court on Wednesday sent four accused in the Kamala Mills Fire case to judicial custody till January 31. The four accused are Mojo Bistro owner Yug Pathak, One Above owners Jigar Sanghvi and Kripesh Sanghvi and Abhijit Mankar.
Yug Tuli, the co-owner of Mojo's Bistro pub, has been arrested by Mumbai Police in the Kamala mills fire case.
The police on Saturday had arrested Yug K Pathak, the son of a retired DGP-rank IPS officer and the co-owner of The Mojo's Bistro, where 14 people were killed in a fire on December 29.
