The epicentre was monitored at 89km East of Katra.
This is the second earthquake to struck Jammu and Kashmir's Katra in a week.

A moderate-intensity earthquake, measuring 4.0 on the Richter Scale, struck 84 km east of Katra region in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the earthquake hit around 8:56 am.
