Sachin Pilot's supporters were reportedly upset as he was not invited to the mass meeting held before the immersion of the ashes of Gurjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla 

The Gurjar leader had blamed the police for the violence and loss of lives during the agitation. Recruited in the Rajputana Rifles, Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla had fought in the 1962 Indo-China war and the 1965 Indo-Pakistani war. Kirori Singh Bainsla, and his son had joined BJP in 2019, after being actively involved in the movement for over 14 years.

Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, Gurjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla joined BJP today in the national capital. His son Vijay Bainsla also joined BJP in the presence of Union Minister of Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar. Bainsla and his son also met BJP president Amit Shah in Delhi after joining the party. Rajasthan will go to polls in the fourth and fifth phases of Lok Sabha elections on April 29 and May 06.

The Gujjar protest is still on and the Gujjar neta Kirori Singh Bainsla has stated that they will not stop the protest until their demand for 5% reservation is heard.

Gujjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla Friday had started a dharna along with his supporters demanding reservation for five communities including Gujjars

The GSS members said that the Congress government had come to power with their support and must now fulfil their demand or face the consequences.

A delegation of the Gujjar community will today brief their leader Kirori Singh Bainsla about the meeting with Rajasthan ministers on their demand for five per cent reservation within the OBC quota.
