Lok Sabha SecurityBreach: Opposing their bail application, the Delhi Poice counsel told the court that the real motive of the accused behind the Parliament security breach incident is yet to be ascertained.
The protest is slated to commence at 10.30 AM, marking a stern response to the suspension of 78 MPs, 33 from Lok Sabha and 45 from Rajya Sabha.
The Opposition MPs also demanded a statement from Union Home Minister Amit Shah whereas, several demanded his resignation.
Delhi police is searching for Saurabh Chakrawarti who has reportedly disseminated the video of the accused infiltrating the Lok Sabha chamber.
According to Delhi police sources, all the phones were found in burnt condition. Lalit Jha, the mastermind of the Lok Sabha security breach incident, had destroyed the phones of all the accused.
One more accused has been arrested in the Parliament security breach case and produced before Delhi's Patiala House Court on Saturday. The arrested accused has been identified as Mahesh Kumavat, a friend of mastermind Lalit Jha. Six accused have been arrested in the case so far.
Mahesh Kumawat allegedly gave refuge to Lalit Jha at his hideout in Rajasthan after the attack on Parliament.
