Three Lashker-e-Taiba (LeT) militants were killed on Saturday on the outskirts of Srinagar.
The six-month police and judicial custody of the accused arrested in the case ends on January 18.
Amin had served eight years in jail following his arrest in August 2007.
The accused, who had allegedly provided vehicles and shelter to the terrorists, were produced before a local court.
The bus with 60 pilgrims had started its journey from Srinagar around 5 PM and was expected to cover a distance of 100 kilometres to reach their destination, Srinagar, before 7 PM, they said.
Amid the increasing number of unprovoked firing by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju on Sunday said the state government would be provided all necessary support by the Centre to maintain peace in the Valley.
