The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light showers with the possibility of heavy thundershowers in various parts of the country on September 30, 2021.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the monsoon seems to continue this year beyond the expected time limit in several states.
Mumbai, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Nasik, Pune, Satara and Kolhapur districts to receive heavy rainfall.
“Moderate rain in city and suburbs with possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places” is likely to continue in mumbai for the next 48 hours, said IMD.

IMD said enhanced rainfall activity with fairly widespread and isolated heavy to very heavy rains is very likely over several stated in the coming week.
Peninsular India is likely to see fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls from September 5 to 7.
