BJP state chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule took oath along with Ganesh Naik and Mangal Prabhat Lodha.  

Twelve MLAs from Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction) are set to take oath as ministers of which seven are new faces, party MLA Bharatshet Gogawale said.

Devendra Fadnavis took an oath as Chief Minister with Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde and NCP chief Ajit Pawar as his deputies at a grand ceremony in Mumbai on December 5.

The week-long winter session of the Maharashtra state legislature is set to commence in Nagpur, the state's second capital, on December 16. 

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and senior NCP leader Ajit Pawar announced that the much-anticipated cabinet expansion in Maharashtra is set to take place on December 14.
