Mahindra Lifespaces is looking at setting up residential projects in states like Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh under the affordable housing space.

Realty player Mahindra Lifespaces today reported a 12.4 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 32.8 crore for the quarter ended December 31 mainly on improvement in sales.

Mahindra Lifespaces Developers, the real estate arm of Mahindra Group, today launched its second affordable housing project under its 'Happinest' vertical at Boisar near here.

Chairman Arun Nanda said the new project is company's strategic endeavour to address the large and under served home ownership market.
