Manju, who is making her maiden appearance in the event, defeated Chuthamat by a 4-1 verdict in a thrilling semi-final bout of the tournament.
Jamuna Boro assured herself of maiden medal at the Championship by defeating Ursula Gottlob of Germany 4-1 in the quarter-final bout of the 54kg category event on Thurday.
Manju will now lock horns with the winner of another quarter-final bout between Bulgaria's Sevda Asenova and Thailand's Chuthamat Raksat.
