The counting will begin at 8 AM at all the counting centres and Delhi State Election Commission has made necessary arrangements for it.

The stage is set for the high- stake Delhi municipal bypolls to 13 wards on Saturday, with both ruling BJP and Congress exuding confidence of winning while AAP is seeking to replicate its assembly elections performance in its maiden outing at the civic hustings.

 Alleging that BJP and AAP have "stalled" development in Delhi, Delhi Congress president Ajay Maken today claimed that they will be "taught a lesson" by the people in the upcoming bypolls to the 13 wards of the municipal corporations.

By-elections for 13 municipal wards in Delhi would be held on May 15, the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) announced on Tuesday.

The Political Affairs Committee of Aam Aadmi Pary today cleared eight names for MCD bypolls which are expected to be held next month, ahead of its rivals BJP and Congress.
