A small plane crashed near Colombia on Nov 21
Eight passengers onboard are reported dead
Victims were identified as six passengers and two crew members
Ninety-nine people were rescued, Margarita Moncada, the head of disaster relief for Antioquia province, told journalists.
The plane carrying the Brazilian top-flight football team crashed in the mountains near Medellin, Colombia after "electrical failures".
In the capital Bogota, four people were captured for being brokers of air tickets and visas to China, police said.
