Rising allrounder Mitch Owen earns maiden call-ups in both T20I and ODI squads for Australia’s white-ball tour of South Africa. Mitchell Marsh leads the sides as key players return, with a focus on 2026 T20 World Cup preparation.  

After assembling a strong squad at the mega auction, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have appointed as the new captain ahead of the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).  Pant, who was secured by LSG for a record-breaking Rs 27 crore during the IPL 2025 mega auction, has replaced KL Rahul as the skipper of the side.
