The results of the elections held on 40 assembly seats of Mizoram came on Monday, in which ZPM i.e. Zoram People's Movement has emerged as the largest party. ZPM's victory in Mizoram is historic, this political party was officially registered by the Election Commission in July 2019. Earlier ZPM was an alliance of 6 regional parties, which contested the elections in the year 2018 and won 8 seats. Presently the Chairman of ZPM is Lalduhoma and he will become CM.
Mizoram Assembly Election Results 2023: Voting for the assembly elections in Mizoram was held on 7 November. ZPM has got majority in Mizoram. ZPM has won 27 seats. Whereas, MNF has got 10 seats. BJP has won 2 seats here. Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga has submitted his resignation.

Mizoram Election Results Updates: ZPM has recorded a clear majority in Mizoram. The voting for the 40-seats of the Mizoram assembly was held on November 7 and the state recorded a voter turnout of over 78 per cent.
The counting of votes for the 40-member assembly was earlier slated for December 3.
