The Chief Secretary of Punjab has sent a report to the Central Government on the security lapse of PM Modi. According to the sources, in the report, the Chief Secretary has given information about the facts.

The Home Ministry has constituted a high-level committee regarding the lapse in the PM's convoy. This three-member committee will investigate the negligence and submit a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs soon. The committee will recommend action against the officials found responsible for negligence in PM's security.
