Under the seat-sharing deal, the NDPP will contest in 40 seats, while the BJP in 20 for the election to the 60-member Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
The decision came at a meeting called by the core committee of Nagaland Tribal Hohos and Civil Organisations and attended by representatives of 11 parties.
