South Africa named a revamped T20I squad for the Zimbabwe tri-series, marking returns for injured pacers Gerald Coetzee and Nandre Burger. Rassie van der Dussen will lead the t20 side.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) suspended the remainder of the IPL 2025 with immediate effect for one week amid the India-Pakistan conflict. Around 18 players were ruled out of the IPL 2025 over the weeks and the teams brought in replacements for them before the suspension of the tournament.   Here's a list of all the players who got injured and their replacements for IPL 2025:

Sandeep Sharma sustained a finger injury while attempting to stop a powerful shot from Shubman Gill off his own bowling during RR’s match against Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on April 28.  

In IPL 2024, the fast bowlers are already clocking 150 kph speeds consistently and it is quite surprising to see that the likes of Anrich Nortje, Lockie Ferguson, and Umran Malik are not in the top 5 list of fastest deliveries this year.
