According to the bulletin issued by the state health department, Delhi has reported 10,665 fresh cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. The national capital has reported 14,74,366 COVID-19 cases so far, including 23,307 active cases.

The National Zoological Park in Delhi witnessed the death of a brown fish owl in its captivity.
It was found positive for H5N8 Avian Influenza virus under the 'real-time RT-PCR' test done by ICAR-NIHSAD on Jan 15.
The zoo official said a single sheet costing Rs 300 will have 12 personalised stamps and that the visitors can select from different templates on which the stamps will be printed.
The enclosures are lying empty and only a handful of people can be seen revolving round the cages.
The three member committee said that various samples were taken from birds like duck, pelican, crow and munia bird earlier this month from National Zoological Park and sent to ICAR National Institute of High Security Animal Diseases.
Delhi is only second to Kenya with a rich diversity of birds despite having high levels of noise pollution.
Explaining the peculiar nature of the wading birds, the curator said that the parent painted storks fly back to their native place leaving behind the eggs.
Government on Thursday put the onus on the 22-year-old youth who was mauled by a white tiger in Delhi Zoo last year, saying he had defied warnings and landed in the enclosure due to his "misadventure".
