The Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 to retaliate against the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where Pakistan-backed terrorists gunned down 26 innocent civilians. As part of the operation, the Indian armed forces launched precise missile strikes on nine terror infrastructures in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, killing over 100 dreaded terrorists and destroying terror launch pads and training camps.

Regarding the teaching of Mughal history under the New Education Policy, he said that Uttarakhand is the land of four sacred shrines, and children should learn about the history of this region.

As part of the partnership, NCERT will launch multiple YouTube channels that are aligned to the curriculum of grades 1 to 12, over the coming months.

NTA is expected to announce JEE Main 2024 registration date and release a revised syllabus next week. JEE Main 2024 Session 1 exam will be held between January 24 and February 1.

NCERT has changed the syllabus. Now the children of class 10th will not be able to read the lesson of democracy. NCERT has removed many chapters related to this.

According to NCERT's Director, there was a rationalisation process last year due to Covid-19, in which experts proposed removing several chapters to reduce load.
