Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis met Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at his residence late night. This meeting is considered very important amidst the ongoing tussle between the two factions of NCP. Actually, it is being claimed by the opposition parties that soon a new CM is going to be formed in Maharashtra. CM Eknath Shinde himself termed these claims as rumours.

Ajit Pawar said that he wants to become the CM of Maharashtra so that he can implement the schemes he has for the welfare of the people. During this, Ajit Pawar also mentioned his uncle Sharad Pawar. Ajit Pawar said that Sharad Pawar is a god for us, we seek his blessings.

Ahead of the Rajya Sabha polls, Shiv Sena has decided to shift its MLAs from a resort to a five-star hotel in south Mumbai All the Sena MLAs have been summoned to Mumbai where they will stay together till the polls on June 10 The Sena has 55 MLAs (one MLA had died due to a heart attack last month) in the 288-member House

Gujarat CM said he is hopeful that all three BJP candidates in the fray will emerge victorious with support from these MLAs. 

NCP`s Gujarat spokesperson Manhar Patel, senior leader and former IPS official B.J. Gadhvi and two core committee members, besides various other state and district level functionaries joined the Congress.
