The NTA recently declared a topper as failed in NEET 2020 result. The student named Mridul Rawat, who failed the NEET 2020 as per the first marksheet issued by NTA, actually emerged as an All India Topper in the ST category. Mridul then challenged the result declared by the NTA and after rechecking of the OMR sheet and Answer Key, it was found that he is an All India Topper in ST category.

Supreme Court on Monday (October 12) allowed NEET exam to be conducted on October 14 for students who failed to appear for the exam due to COVID-19 infection. Speculations are rife that the National Testing Agency (NTA) would announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Result 2020 and the final answer on Monday (October 12). According to reports, NTA officials earlier confirmed that the NEET 2020 Result will be declared by October 12.
