'Karthikeya 2' team has received an invitation from ISKCON, who after getting to know the concept of our film, have invited us to their premises in Vrindavan. 

Soon after the announcement was made, Twitter was flooded in support of the decision and many stars also tweeted in favour of the ban. However, Nikhil Siddhartha's tweet confused the netizens.

Nikhil Siddhartha and Pallavi Varma's wedding was a close-knit ceremony in the presence of family members and close friends due to the lockdown. 

Actor Nikhil Siddhartha might give a nod to the sequel of Karthikeya, a mystery-thriller, which released in 2014. Chandoo Mondeti, director of Karthikeya is writing the script for the sequel for the film and if everything works on time, Nikhil might say yes to this film. Though Nikhil announced two years ago itself that the sequel is on cards, it is not yet not sure whether the actor will stick to the sequel or take up other projects in between. Abhishek Nama will be bankrolling this film. 

The Happy Days actor took to Twitter to share the update of the film.

In an official statement, the makers announced that the film took a terrific opening, grossing Rs. 11.4 crore from three days worldwide.
