Veteran sports administrator Randhir Singh has been elected as the first Indian president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) during its 44th General Assembly in New Delhi.
The 44th Olympic Council of Asia General Assembly on September 8 in New Delhi will name Randhir Singh as the first Indian President of the OCA.
