The ministry of external affairs in a note verbale condemned the "deplorable and unprofessional act" by PMSA vessel, calling it a contravention of international laws.

The fishermen have been handed over to the local dock police, the spokesman said. 

The spokesperson added that the fishermen were handed over to the Docks Police for further legal action.

All the boats belong to fishermen from Porbandar.
