PM Modi launches Vishwakarma Scheme at International convention and Expo centre.
The scheme aims to benefit artisans and craftsmen across India.
It will provide them a loan upto Rs 1 lakh at 5% interest, skill upgradation support, and marketing support.

Eighteen traditional crafts will be covered under PM Vishwakarma. The scheme will not only provide a financial support with a loan up to Rs 1 lakh at 5% interest but other supports such as skill upgradation, marketing, skill training, etc.
