Delhi's Patiala House Court has accepted closure report filed by the Police for cancellation of a sexual harassment case filed under under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act by a wrestler against Brij Bhushan Singh.

Additional Sessions Judge Anu Aggarwal was hearing a case registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act provisions, alleging that the minor's maternal relatives and a lawyer had molested her.

Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur had earlier assured protesting wrestlers that the chargesheet in the case will be filed by June 15. Wrestlers have made sexual harassment allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.
