New Railway Ticket Concession Rules 2024: Indian Railways is the fourth largest railway network in the world, serving millions of travellers daily. To support its passengers, the railway previously offered fare relief to specific groups. However, following the COVID-19 pandemic, the relief provided to senior citizens on train fares was discontinued. Despite this change, many passengers still benefit from discounts of up to 75 per cent on their fares.
