Despite their win, RCB are likely to release a few players ahead of the next auction in order to free up some purse and strengthen their squad, which can defend their IPL title. The Bengaluru-based franchise is set to release players who underperformed or didn’t fit into their title-winning squad during the IPL 2025 season.
