A youth, alleged to be an associate of slain gangster Sandeep Gadoli, was arrested by the Gurugram Crime Branch along with his two accomplices.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Mumbai Police, which is probing the encounter, detained Divya Pahuja and her mother Sonia in Gurgaon earlier in the day and questioned them as suspects in the case.
The body of gangster Sandeep Gadoli has been in Mumbai's J.J. Hospital's mortuary for over four months as his family refuses to accept the body until the Gurgaon Police officials involved in his encounter are arrested.
The Mumbai SIT team, camping at a hotel in Delhi's Mahipalpur, accused Gurgaon Police officers of evading probe.
