A deadly stampede at Prayagraj’s Maha Kumbh during Mauni Amavasya Snan left 30 people dead while 60 others were injured as crores of devotees rushed for the holy dip at Sangam early Wednesday morning. The chaos erupted between 1-2 am when barricades collapsed, leading to injuries and panic.
