Around three lakh pilgrims have registered so far for the annual Amarnath Yatra.
The yatra is scheduled to begin on June 30 amid unprecedented security arrangements in south Kashmir Himalayas.
Registrations will continue till the end of the yatra.
Over 33,000 people have so far registered themselves for the annual Amarnath Yatra.
The devotees are making a beeline for designated bank branches to secure a permit for undertaking the journey.
The 43-day long yatra is scheduled to start on June 30 after the coronavirus pandemic enforced break of two years.
Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra, who is also chairman of SASB, expressed his deep grief over the incident and conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families of those killed, an official spokesman said here.
The base camp hospitals would be equipped with hyperbaric oxygen chambers, portable oxygen concentrators, automated CPR machines, defibrillators and cardiac monitors among others.
