SBI said that the hiatus in the services is due to the routine undergoing technology upgrade.
Banks conduct routine updates to make digital banking secure for customers.

Customers were also asked to remain patient as the bank worked to improve their banking experience.
It should be mentioned that the upgrade work is being done in the early morning for the convenience of the consumers.
