In a video shared on Facebook, BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav has alleged that troopers were served bad quality food and have even been forced to sleep empty stomach.

Hours after a Border Security Force soldier deployed in Jammu and Kashmir alleged that troops are served poor quality food, the BSF released a statement and accused the jawan of being an 'indisciplined man'.

The BSF, however, rejected claims made by a soldier, clarifying that even though conditions for soldiers were tough they were provided with regular rations while asserting that the jawan, in particular, had a troubled past.

Some unidentified militants on Tuesday evening hurled grenades at the Seema Suraksha Bal (SSB) camp attacked in Soura, Srinagar.
