The Karnataka state transport department seized seven luxury cars that include a super luxurious Rolls-Royce car that was registered in the name of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan in 2019.

Transport department Additional Commissioner Narendra Holkar stated that the Rolls-Royce car was seized for not having proper documents
The owner produced a letter signed by Amitabh Bachchan stating that the vehicle is being sold to him.

DRI seized more than one lakh smuggled foreign-brands cigarettes sticks worth Rs 20 lakh.
The cigarettes were smuggled into India and arrived in Bhopal via Delhi.
These were sold at the local pan shops to the trusted customers only.
