IMD Weather Update: Heavy to moderate rain alerts issued for Odisha, Haryana, Punjab & more. Delhi and Uttar Pradesh likely to experience thunderstorms. Find out the full state-wise forecast.  

Weather Update: In many states of the country, dense fog has started troubling people. (Weather Update) According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), very dense fog is going to be seen in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Chandigarh for the next 3 days.

Weather Updates: A drop in temperature is being recorded in the states of North India including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab. At the same time, there is a sheet of dense fog in the morning, due to which the visibility is very low.

The meteorologists at Skymet Weather have predicted a gradual increase in the day and night temperatures of the National Capital Territory during the next two to three days.

Today, the mininum and maximum temperatures of Delhi are hovering at 11 Degree Celsius and 22 Degree Celsius with humidity oscillating between 45 per cent to 50 per cent.

Due to thick fog across Delhi, most of the trains were rescheduled after getting delayed for at least by 2 hours on Thursday.

The Railways has started using Fog Pass Device which is GPS enabled and can help to measure the distance of the next hault.

IMD has predicted rough to very rough sea conditions in the Arabian Sea. Fishermen have been warned to not take their boats too far ahead.
