Saritha S Nair, prime accused in the solar panel scam today produced a sealed cover containing "evidences" before a judicial commission probing the scam, claiming that it would "justify" her statements before it.

A day after she stuck to her claim that she was sexually abused, the judicial commission probing the solar panel scam on Tuesday allowed prime accused Saritha S Nair to produce details of the alleged incidents and supporting documentary evidences in sealed covers.

Nair and her live-in partner Biju Radhakrishnan were arrested in 2013 on charges of cheating numerous investors, who paid money for solar panels.

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will on January 25 appear before the commission which is probing the Rs 7 crore solar panel scam.

"Pained" at charges that he sought sexual favours in the Rs.6 crore solar panel scam, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Thursday said his "conscience is clear".
