The plea was filed by advocate Deepak Anand seeking the cancellation of Tharoor's anticipatory bail which was granted by a sessions court on July 5.
The documents included statements of various witnesses recorded in the case.
While granting bail to the Congress leader, the judge said that there is no requirement to file a formal bail as an anticipatory bail had already been granted by the sessions court.
A court here on Wednesday reserved its order on Congress leader Shashi Tharoor's anticipatory bail plea for Thursday in a case related to his wife Sunanda Pushkar's death.

The top court passed the order while responding to BJP MP Subramanian Swamy's plea, leaving open the question of maintainability of the petition.
Delhi HC had earlier dismissed Swamy's plea for an SIT probe in the case.
