The encounter between armed forces and terrorists holed up in a building in Karan Nagar area of Srinagar continued in the morning after an overnight lull.
Two heavily-armed terrorists were seen approaching towards a CRPF camp on Monday in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar. The soldiers stationed at the post opened fire following which the terrorists fled from the spot.

More than 24 hours after terrorists attacked an Army camp in Sunjwan area of Jammu and Kashmir, the operation by the security forces is still on.
She said that India is a tolerant nation but also confident enough to have a surgical strike.
The Army has clearly said that there is no hostage crisis at the camp and 19 of the 26 flats have been evacuated.
